Juniors and Intermediates
GRADUATE!!!
October 11, 2011

An open letter to:
All CMRC Atlantic Region License Holders
From: CMRC Atlantic Region – Competition Committee

As another motocross season comes to a close, and we grudgingly sign off on 2011 and commit two exceptional championship series to history, it is once again time for the Region to celebrate the outstanding performances of ALL our riders, and in particular, the great achievers who have accumulated upgrade points throughout two long, hard-fought series.
With only two Junior class riders scoring 18 or more upgrade points by the end of the Spring Series, (both of whom raced “schoolboy” level in 2010 and had only six races on full size bikes), and just one ATV Junior rider “pointing out” and voluntarily moving up to Pro, It was decided that no upgrades would be applied at the end of the Spring Series.
That brings us to a very special event in the lives of athletes who compete in our sport. Results and spreadsheets have been double-checked and cross-checked, and the Atlantic Region Competition Committee is pleased to release the complete list of rider classification upgrades for 2012.
It is no small feat to score even one single upgrade point, let alone the 18 required to graduate from Junior to Intermediate, or the 36 needed to achieve advancement from Intermediate to Pro.
This list includes only riders who have “pointed out” and are required to advance for 2012. Riders who have proven their abilities are welcome to apply for voluntary advancement. All riders scoring even a single upgrade point in 2011 are recorded on a spreadsheet that can be obtained by e-mail.
